Meet LB Extensions — the muse behind our Starter Kit. Launching a new business is no walk in the park, and when it's a brick-and-mortar salon with the added challenge of building a brand and online presence, well, that's a whole new level of hustle.

Our mission? To make LB Extensions compete like a high-end salon without blowing the budget or timeline. We teamed up with salon owner Lauren to give her brand a total makeover, from logo to website, positioning LB Extensions as the go-to luxury extension and color service in Indianapolis.

But we didn't stop there! Once the groundwork was laid, we kicked things into high gear with a monthly eNewsletter, the launch of a quarterly subscription box, a killer content marketing strategy, and top-notch digital marketing support. We can't wait to see where this account goes.

An increase of almost 200% in site traffic. After establishing the LB Extensions brand, we immediately went to work on the website. From the copy and design to the build and SEO optimization, since its initial transformation the LB Extensions Salon website has improved site traffic by 197.3 percent.

After the launch of the website and brand, LB Extensions looked to Skunk Hill Creative to support additional marketing and promotional efforts.


In addition to expanding their monthly content marketing, we have recently begun strategies to enhance and support their email and digital marketing.

Since its start in May of 2023, the LB Extensions Style File eNewsletter has doubled its subscribers and holds steady with a 56.7 percent open rate and 5 percent click through.

In addition, ad-hoc email campaigns have seen an average open rate of 66 percent 4.9 percent click-through.
